Extraction

Collected waste is actively suctioned from the confined space by the rover's integrated heavy-duty pump.

Waste is transferred via a 50m tether to an external 1000L filtration tank where solids and liquids are separated.

Reintroduction

Filtered water is safely reintroduced into the refinery’s system, supporting sustainable, closed-loop maintenance operations

Thick sludge, petrochemical residues, scale deposits, sand, and hydrocarbon cake formations. Interchangeable end-effectors including grinders, loaders, and high-pressure jetting nozzles can be configured depending on operational requirements.

Wilboar is being developed for hazardous refinery environments. Flameproof and explosion-proof variants are available, with PESO certification currently under process.

The system is fully remotely operated through a dedicated control panel. Extended cable configurations are available for large assets, whilst dual IP68 night-vision cameras provide real-time visibility.

Deployments include ONGC, IOCL, and BPCL refinery operations across India, as well as Trivandrum International Airport (Adani), Leh-Ladakh, Nellore, Chennai Metrowater, and Indah Water, Malaysia.

Bandicoot is designed for vertical confined spaces accessed from above, such as manholes and sewer wells. Wilboar is engineered for large horizontal environments including tanks, canals, and drainage systems
