Genrobotics Deploys Three Bandicoot Mobility+ Robots in Rajkot
Genrobotics has officially deployed three Bandicoot Mobility+ units for the Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC). This deployment marks a major milestone for the company, which has now exceeded 275 nationwide deployments. Key Features of the Rajkot Deployment: Full Mechanization: The Mobility+ platform integrates robotic cleaning with a 1,000-liter waste collection unit, ensuring zero human contact with hazardous waste. Narrow-Lane Access: The system features a detachable robotic unit capable of entering gullies as small as 80 cm wide, where traditional cleaning trucks cannot operate. Advanced Safety: Equipped with high-resolution cameras and toxic-gas detection, the robots allow workers to manage cleaning safely from above ground. Broad Impact: Genrobotics now supports over 180 urban local bodies across 23 states in transitioning to safe, technology-driven sanitation management.

Genrobotics Secures ₹17 Crore Tender from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC)
Genrobotics, has secured a ₹17 crore tender from the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) for the deployment of its advanced Bandicoot Mobility+ robotic sewer cleaning systems. Project Scope and Strategic Impact Deployment & Maintenance: As per the tender, 7 robotic units will be deployed across 7 zones in Ahmedabad, supported by a 5-year operations and maintenance (O&M) contract. Comprehensive Mechanization: The Bandicoot Mobility+ enables a complete mechanized workflow, from sludge extraction to waste transport, ensuring zero human contact with hazardous waste at any stage. Safety Compliance: By eliminating human entry into manholes, the system aligns with the Manual Scavenging Prohibition (MS) Act, protecting the lives and dignity of sanitation workers. Technological Innovation Narrow-Lane Accessibility: A key feature is the detachable robotic unit, which can operate independently in gullies as small as 80 cm wide where conventional machines cannot reach. Advanced Monitoring & safety : The system is equipped with robotic arms, four IP68 cameras, and toxic gas detection sensors, allowing for safe above-ground operations.
